Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is MotionPulse Ads (business ID [Y-tunnus]), [Street address, postcode, city], Finland. For anything related to your data, email hello@motionpulse.studio.

• Orders: your email address, company name, the package and add-ons you choose, your brief and the files you upload, such as product photos and logos.
• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), topic and message.
• Technical data: our server keeps short-lived logs (IP address, browser, time of request) to keep the site secure and working.
• Site statistics: we count page views and actions such as "order sent" with self-hosted, cookieless analytics. It does not store your IP address, does not build a profile of you and respects your browser's Do Not Track setting.

• To deliver the video you ordered, send invoices and handle revisions. The legal basis is the contract between us (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• To answer your messages, keep the site secure and understand which pages work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
• To keep accounting records required by Finnish law (art. 6(1)(c)).

• Uploaded files and briefs: 12 months after delivery, then deleted.
• Contact messages: 12 months after our last reply.
• Invoices and bookkeeping records: as long as the Finnish Accounting Act requires.
• Server logs: 30 days.

Your data is stored on servers run by Hetzner Online GmbH (data centres in Germany and Finland). It stays inside the EU and is not transferred elsewhere.

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. Only the people working on your order can access your files.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Our analytics works without cookies.

While you fill in the order form, your choices, brief and contact details are saved in your own browser's local storage so a reload does not lose them. They never leave your device until you send the order, and they are removed when you send it, click "Start over" or after 7 days.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Email hello@motionpulse.studio and we will reply within one month.

If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
