Terms of service

These terms apply to video ads ordered from MotionPulse Ads (business ID [Y-tunnus]), [Street address, postcode, city], Finland. Our services are made for businesses. If you order as a consumer, you also have the rights described in section 8.

Prices are fixed and shown in euros without VAT. VAT is added at the rate in force on the invoice date. The package and add-ons you pick on the pricing page make up the order.

The contract starts when we confirm your order by email. We can decline an order, for example if the material or the product is unlawful, and then nothing is charged.

You pay by invoice or, once available, online at checkout. The due date is shown on the invoice. We may pause work on an order that is overdue.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us, such as photos, logos, text and trademarks, and that the ad may legally promote your product. You are responsible for claims arising from the material you provide.

We deliver within 48-72 hours, or 24 hours with Rush Delivery (69 €). Delivery time starts when we have confirmed the order and received all the material we need. Videos are delivered as download links by email.

Every package includes one free revision round. Send your change requests within 14 days of delivery. Changes to text, music, cuts or scene order are included.

If the video does not follow the brief you sent, we fix it and it does not use up your revision. Extra revision rounds or changes to the original brief are quoted separately before we start.

Once the order is paid, you may use the delivered videos in your own marketing in any channel and without a time limit, including paid ads.

We keep the copyright of the project files and may show the video in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Music, stock footage and AI voices are licensed for use in the delivered video only.

You can cancel for free until we start production. After that we charge for the work already done, up to the order price.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. It ends once the service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior consent.

Our liability is limited to the price of the order. We are not responsible for ad results, such as views or sales, or for ad platforms rejecting content that is based on your material or instructions.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. We try to solve every disagreement by talking first. Business disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court. Consumers can also take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
